Re:Visit - A “Mystical” Night of Bass Takes Over Cervantes w/ Mystic Grizzly and Friends

Another successful RE:Search Wednesday at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom, featuring incredible artists; Jordan Polovina, Untitled B2B Vibe, Toadface, and Mystic Grizzly. According to photographer, Reed Moskal, this neat venue was unusually full at such an early time. But it seemed the infamous resident artist, Jordan Polovina, drew a great crowd with his wide range of skills…

To celebrate, they're playing a "Party Like It's Windows 95" Tour, initially scheduled in four states. Re:Visit - Cofresi, Vibe Street, and Kaptain plus A Few Words With Lucid Vision

Another night of dancing is in the books for weekly Re:Search Wednesdays at Cervantes. This week was none other than the drum-master himself, Cofresi. With local favorite, DJ Mikey Thunder providing the beats for those trickling in from the crisp November air and a lineup consisting of Vibe Street and Kaptain, I already knew it was going to be a special night of music…

Get Ready For Sonic Blossom ft. Bluetech, Spoonbill, Dynohunter, The Librarian, Lapa

Now, I know we are all sad that the summer festival season has officially come to an end; now that the cold is rolling in and the dark haze of winter is looming in the near distance. But never fear! The teams at Cervantes’ and Sonic Bloom have put together a mini-fest that will take up Cervantes Ballroom, as well as The Other Side for a dual-venue event. Eminence Ensemble Premiers New LP And More To Denver's Cervantes Last Friday!

Eminence -- meaning fame, notability, or prestige -- may seem like quite the prediction to set as a band, in the name of the group no less. But it doesn’t feel like that was the intention with Eminence Ensemble. Wouldn’t a band chasing nothing but fame and popularity, be making much more generic music? It appears that they’re after the embodiment of a different definition of the word: a projection, an outcrop, something bursting from the scene. Now that seems to fit, especially after Friday’s performance at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom. The six-piece outfit emitted unstoppable energy throughout the whole night and left us buzzing.

A Look Back: Bass Physics Show At Cervantes PLUS Behind The Scenes With Cofresi

Saturday night turned into one big joint-effort between Megan Hamilton, Cofresi and Bass Physics. You don’t always get to see all the artists on a lineup participate in one another’s sets, but Cervantes is a venue where the evening spread is set up family style. The camaraderie between all the performers was certainly apparent, going on and off stage to jam out with one another all throughout the night. Despite it being a busy festival season, everyone came prepared to deliver brand new music and the crowd ate it up, always leaving room for more.

Re:Visit – DJ Logic, Animated Earth and Infinite Vibe. Jordan Polovina Interview Included!

It was Wednesday, my dudes, and hump-day felt cozier than ever at The Other Side of Cervantes. Re:Search’s own resident opener Jordan Polovina took the feature spot and stole the show with his new supergroup, Animated Earth. DJ Logic headlined and orchestrated a fine and refined DJ set accompanied by a healthy serving of horns and live drums. Infinite Vibe doubled down on percussion and wrapped it up tight, another one for the books.
