First live show back from COVID-19 - March 11th | Tickets Here
With the release of the highly anticipated new EP - Shuttlecock - and a live performance with the entire band scheduled for March, it’s safe to say Shuj Roswell is back in the swing of things after a crazy year for all of us. Today, Shuj Roswell a.k.a Mark Cooley, released the first single from his upcoming EP, “World Beater”.
Cooley pulled his entire live band together for recording this new project and he didn’t stop at just his regular band. Aside from Eric Imbrosciano on Drums, Sarah Mount on Saxophone , Matt Wilkolak on Trumpet, and Mark Wilkolak on Trombone, the addition of Denver turn-table artist, Brisco Jones, helped complete an overall sound and feel for the new project.
Here’s what Cooley had to say about the new single:
“ For this release, I wanted to set a minimal, LoFi, Hip-Hop vibe while recording and producing the musicians I perform with in my live band…..This EP is sample free and contains all original music."
Shuj Roswell plus his entire band have a live performances slated for March 11th, 2021 at Denver’s, The Larimer Lounge. The show is rescheduled from last year when Covid-19 forced basically all music and entertainment to shut down. The upcoming performance has limited seating and will consist of two different sets. Tickets are still available here.
